[SECC] Club score for CQ 160 Contests

As I understand it the deal is for everyone to apply their score to SEDXC
for the CQ 160 Contests and SECC for the other contests. Last year the club
score was 7th place and the best in several years.

With sun spots lower in a few years maybe the club can approach the top spot
as in 1993.  However Dxpeditions such as K4PI (P4), K4TEA(KP2A), and K2UFT
(4U1UN, ZF) are needed to overcome the number of contestants that FRC, YCCC,
and PVRC put up.
