Most of the contests have a confirmation robot.  If you don't at least get a
reply from the robot you will probably need to re-send.
If you get a reply then its up to you to make sure your log is there AND
CORRECT.

My robot sniffs for cabrillo logs and replies with a request to send along a
proper cabrillo log.
