100 watt outuput limit. rules at www.ncjweb.com off times must be 30 =
minutes long to count. operate
10 of the 12 hours for single ops. multi ops can operate all 12 hours. =
contest starts this saturday at 1800z til 0600z. Mults are the =
states/canadian provinces and North American countries. DX stations CAN =
be worked for QSO credit only. Make sure you get their name and =
country. (if you use NA software, enter DX in the state field if =
outside of North Americia)
