Bands were poor (except for 40).  One HB9 was 40 over 9 on but had to coaxed
to listen up. Too noisy on 80 and NIL on 10

This is about 500 points higher than the last years high USA SSB Score.

Confusing with the FQP, NEQP, NEBQP, an RTTY Contest, and all the Submarines
on the air.
At least 20 was very busy.
