A lot of active contesters do nothing but CQ when they are part-time,
which makes it easy to miss them if you are in a running mode.
It depends on the contest for me -- sometimes I chase DX or look for
friends and SECCers, but sometimes I want to see how much I can do in
a short time and start CQing.
