[SECC] CW SS 2001

Thanks to SECC members for encouraging me to enter the CW SS.
This would be my first major radio activity since Pratas Is, BQ9P, Mar
2001.
Not good, Joe.  Anyway, I figured I wouldn't look too good in a feathered
