Best strategy advice for SS is from W4AN a few years ago: "Run on
whatever band you are working 3/8/9-landers. If you aren't working these
guys, you're on the wrong band." For SS CW, that's typically 20m/40m. For
SS Phone, 40m is harder due to broadcast QRM, so spend more time on 20m,
and save some for 80m.
