[SECC] Need Writelog 10.38 user needs help!

When running the program (after getting past contest
selection, it gives me an error: "Rig Manager not
present! No rig drivers loaded"  Then the second error
window: "An unsupported operation was attempted". 
When that times out, the logging window has the freq &
seq# at the bottom but nothing else and the logging
window is blank.

Help!
