[SECC] GQP Logs

  It appears that KD3UC is not going to send me the GQP logs. I am going to 
 start contacting those who are listed on the gqp webpage as sending in a log
 via email starting this weekend. I will be asking them to resubmit their logs
 to me directly.

 I show the following SECC members had submitted logs to KD3UC :

  N4PN
  K2UFT
  K4GA
  K4OGG
  KT4ZB
  W4NTI


  Please submit you logs to ku8e@bellsouth.net. I would prefer electronic
 logs. I'm not sure what we will do about those who had submitted paper
 logs but I will figure that out later.
