[SECC] GAQP suggestion

Good luck to you guys down there. I know it is tough for the 
rovers/mobiles, but we have a station here in Tennessee at our emergency 
operations center 
that is dedicated to working only SSB in the GAQP. Hope there is lots of 
SSB ops to keep our guys busy. We will be using the W6RK county spotter net 
too, so I guess it is OK to spot home/portable stations. With this nice 
weather, kinda wish I was playing too.
