[SECC] WAE CW Results

I had hoped to do more in the WAE, but life intervened and it was not to 
be.

I really only was able to put in about 4 hours or so.  My program 
summary doesn't split out QSOs from QTCs so I can't really split those 
out.  The effort was so meager that I don't think it really makes a 
difference!
