[SECC] Morse Runner CW Contest Simulator

I just came across an interesting program called Morse Runner 1.3

It's a CW contest simulator.  It simulates QRN, QRM, QSB, and Lids who 
send errors in their contest exchanges.  It's freeware.

For a great time, set the activity level at 9 and simulate working a 
pile-up.

Be sure to read the "Read Me" file for tips on program operation.
