[SECC] Use of Club Call, W4AN

Club Members:  I have authorized W8JI and his guest operator N5OT to use 
the SECC club call, W4AN, in the CQ 160 CW contest in January 07 and the 
ARRL 160 CW in December 06.

Tom has agreed for me to guest operate his station in the Stew Perry 
Contest on 160 also in December of this year.  I could use either W8JI 
or W4AN, or with Tom's consent, K4BAI.  If anyone else wants to apply 
for the use of the W4AN club call for the Stew Perry this year, please 
let me know in the next few weeks.
