This announcement supersedes my message of yesterday. I am a little
confused, but I think this means that we use the NAQP exchange (call,
name, SPC), but still have a 1 khz QSY rule like NA Sprint. 73, John,
K4BAI.
NCCC PRACTICE PARTY continues this week,
Jan. 4 local date in North America; Jan 5 Zulu time.
Let's gravitate back towards NAQP rules for the next three weeks:
30 minutes starting at 0330Z, and four bands!
-- Start 0330Z (1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT)
NS (NCCC Sprint/NA) rules:
BANDS: 20, 40, 80, 160m: -- 14040, 7040, 3540, 1815; ?5. New mults
count on all four bands, as in NAQP.
-- CW only, 100 watts, dupes allowed after 1 intervening Q on the same
band, 1 KHz QSY.
Back-to-back QSOs with same station on different bands are OK.
