Note that the CQP sponsor wants everyone to use the same four letter 
abbreviations for counties.  This was somewhat different from the 
multiplier list I had in NA for CQP, but I edited the list to coincide 
with the list available from the CQP website in about five minutes.  For 
NA, the file to edit is called calq.ali. 

Hope everyone has fun in CQP and the two CQP practice sessions Thursday
