NS RULES: Sprint format, DUPES on same band OK (one intervening
QSO), 100 watts
1 Khz QSY before calling; 5 Khz QSY before CQ.
BANDS: 20/40/80/160m, +35-45, khz from low band edge, 1815 on 160m.
The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues: 02-0215Z on Thursday; 20,
40, 80m CW, dupes ok.
Watch for a possible announcement from W0YK, re RTTY Sprint Practice,
on Thursday and/or Friday.
