[SECC] Club Competition for CQ 160 CW

Hello guys:  Best I can tell from the rules, the club competition for CQ 
160 CW remains unchanged.  That means there is no circle requirement.  
Any club member, no matter where located, may submit his score for the 
club.  Remember to show it as "South East Contest Club."  The robot will
