See the message below. Notes for NAQP should include giving a wide
berth to the frequencies listed in Ward's message below. The ones on
75M should be no problem since they are so high in the band, but we
should be aware of and avoid 7265, 7290, 14265 and 14300 kHz. Also, be
aware of any other requests to QSY due to Haiti emergency traffic on any
