[SECC] SECC WRTC-2002 Nominees

SECC nominees for team captains for WRTC-2002 were submitted and QSLed on 
Friday, June 15.

The Finnish organizers have asked the nominating clubs to not make public 
their list of ten nominees.  Therefore we will not disclose the SECC 
nominees at this time.
