This Saturday, August 25, the fall QSO party season kicks off with the
Ohio QSO Party (as well as parties in Kansas and Hawaii). The OhQP runs from
1600z Saturday to 0400z Sunday (noon to midnight EDT).
80 - 10 meters, phone & CW, exchange is serial number and QTH
(State/province/"DX" or Ohio county). Multipliers count by mode, for a
possible total
of 176 (88 counties x 2) from outside Ohio.
Suggested frequencies are 45 KHz up on CW, and 3825, 7200, 14250, 21300,
and 28450 on SSB.
We'll have some FB mobiles out on the roads, as well as lots of fixed
station activity. Lots of beautiful plaques for both stations in Ohio and from
out of state.
