Hope everyone has a nice week and weekend and a lot of QSOs. The next
weekend will be CQWW SSB Contest. Note that there is a new rule that
requires the running station operator to say (send) the complete call of
the station he or she is logging for each QSO. I think this must be so
that the calls that can be monitored for the running station can be
verified as those that are in the log without any later changes. There
is no change in the ID requirement for the S&P station. My suggestion
is to submit the log shortly after the end of the contest with no
changes unless you have somehow made a mess of the log as to bands, etc.
and made a note of it to be changed afterward. Do not change a call to
make it different from that that you said you were working, even if that
is obviously a bad call.

73, John, K4BAI.
