Comments:
FT1000MP, Alpha 78, 1 KW, TH6DXX, dipole, inverted vee. 15 and 10M were
dead.
20 seemed almost dead before 0300Z, but I could hear a strong WZ8 calling CQ
and decided to start on 20. Many good signals from eastern US out to MN and
TX. 40 and 80M seemed in very good condition with good Eu signals from
OE3GSA,
F5IN, and LZ2RS on 40M and SM6CNN on 80M. Felt I was on my way to a
personal
best and looking forward to finishing on 160M, when the logging computer cut
off suddenly at 0234Z. Took me until 0244Z to get it back on line, so I
missed
that ten-minute period and still ended up with one of my best scores.
Thanks for
all QSOs and see you all next time. Also in the NAQP CW this weekend.
In the
SKCC WES this weekend for the last six hours on Sunday (1800-2359Z), I
will be
celebrating the SKCC anniversary by signing K3Y/4. I will also use
K3Y/4 next
Wednesday night in the NAQCC Sprint. Non members worked or heard included
N2JJ, W9TC, AA4FU, W7SW, KF9LI, K8NYG, K2SAN, N5TJ, and AD4J. 73, John,
K4BAI.
