Fascinating, Hal. Without the 2nd radio Qs (abt 237 by my count), your QSO
total would have been about the same as a bunch of us. Guess I better step
up the modernization effort if I expect to be competitive. Now, if I only
had been born with three ears .

Subject: [SECC] 2nd radio Qs
There has been some discussion about scores and SO2R this morning, as one
might imagine. I worked the second radio here as hard as I can, and the
radios are set up about as good as they can be. The antennas here leave
some on the table, and I still need a little more practice, but here is what
the 2nd radio bought me. YMMV.
One radio was always CQ, the other was S&P 95% of the time. Occasional
dueling CQs were tried, typically without much success. I try dueling CQs
every contest and its not worth much.
