Just finished reading reflector notes as well as my notes from the last two
years:

1.  VY1JA will be on, but he reports poor condx.  Look for him at our
sundown on 20.
2.  Last year, 40 went very long very early and was not the good run band it
usually is.

Strategy might be to move lower earlier than usual.
