I don't know enough about how the multiplier files in TRlog work, and my
registered editions of TR are quite old. If we are to observe the UPPER
CASE multiplier rules for the RAC contests, then maybe P13.dom should look
like this ... I have also added NB which seems to be missing. Can a TR user
who has a RAC log give it at try and see what happens?
