[Trlog] TR 687 bug

Latest version no longer will send the correct bits to an outboard 
DVK. I didn't check to find the cause of the failure but my guess 
is all bits are going true because when I push F1 I get all msgs 
played in order. A change to the DVK port output bits was made
to increase the pulse width, maybe that code was dinged with the
lasted changes somehow.
