[TRLog] Time across the network Wishlist item

In case I sent this out, but forgot...

There needs to be a feature where one computer can send its time to the rest
of the multi network. To keep things controlled, a command like TIME SERVER
= C...would mean accept the time command from computer C. This would prevent
all systems from sending the time, perhaps by accident. The time sync would
have been a great command to have with a 6 station multi for FD.
