The country files have been updated again. All files for CT, NA, TR and
WriteLog are now contained in a single file.

17 October 2001 (CTY-1102)
* Removed the following callsigns from United States, K -- K5KA, K5KAY,
K5KC, K5KDG, K5KEN, K5KH, K5KJ, K5KLA, K5KT and K5KV. They are no
longer needed since K5K is not a prefix for Kingman Reef.
* Removed K5K from callsign list for Kingman Reef, KH5K.
* Added AH7K, KH7K and WH7K to prefix list for Kure I.
* Added ZK1MA to callsign list for North Cook Is., ZK1/n (thanks
W7TSQ).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
-------------------------
CT8 and earlier:
- Extract the ARRL.CTY, CQWW.CTY and IARU.CTY FILES to your CT
directory.
CT9:
- Extract the CTY.DAT file to your CT directory
TR:
- Extract the CTY.DAT file and put it in your TR directory.
NA:
- Extract the COUNTRY.DAT file to your NA directory and run NAU.
WL:
- Extract the WL_CTY.DAT file to your WRITELOG\PROGRAMS directory
and run the "Convert cty to WriteLog" program from the WriteLog
program folder.
