[TRLog] v6.38 and wpx scoring

What is the procedure for having tr correctly score NA contacts?
I was under the impression that NA-NA on 10/15/20 were worth 2 points and
NA-NA on 40/80/160 were 4 points.

TR was gracious enough to score NA contacts as 1 point.

What did I do wrong?
