[TRLog] icom 746 compatibility

I'm using for abt 1 yr TR-log together with a IC-746 and it's a fine 
combination.
Have only a connection btwn COM2 and the CI-V entrance, just for band easy 
band switching etc and of course cw-keying with the LPT2 port.
