I'm glad I'm not the only one who was wishing for this during the sprint.
Add my "vote" to putting this on the wish list. 

The switch to S&P aftera frequency change might be useful in many contests
too. There could be a threshold to set how many kcs would be ignored before
it decides you've left your run frequency, just so you could shift around a
bit if needed.
