[TRLog] TR under Linux

I had a chance to test W9CF's suggestions.  CW is acceptable (not perfect,
but usable) if one runs TR SLOW.  I haven't hooked up a hardware interface
to test whether setting the CW tone to zero helps.  (without one, if I set
the CW tone to zero I can't tell if it's working!)
