Yes - W1WEF is making them - I stock and sell them.
There are several models.
CW only - serial or LPT ports - $23 + shipping
CW and PTT - LPT port - $39 + shipping
CW, PTT and Paddle - LPT port. - $49 + shipping
I have photos on the web - but I will have to
find them again - I made a post a few months ago
with the URLs.
