It is pretty easy.
You enter the log in TR.
Set up TR-Log just as if you were going to do the contest.
Then you can change the time and date by using ALT-T.

After you use ALT-T to change time and date the first time
TR-Log has two wasys to update the time for each QSO.

You can trun these on in the CTL-J menu.

INCREMENT TIME ENABLE = TRUE

This will let you change the time by suing ALT-1 thourgh ALT-0 -
and changing the time ahead by 1 thru 10 minutes.  It makes it
very fast to enter a hand log.

The other setting is:

AUTO TIME INCREMENT

It lets you set it up so the time will be incremented by 
1 minuite for every N QSOs.
