[Trlog] Cabrillo file error

I have been trying to help Bill N7OU prepare his ARRL DX CW test log to
submit.  He got a reply from ARRL that his log did not indicate his section
as DX.  I see in the screen shot of the ARRL DX test cabrillo that it has a
line for ARRL-SECTION: DX     There is no prompt for entering that as we
make the CBR file.

He has version 6.72.  Is there a problem with that version??
