Hi all!
When preparing TRLOG 6.20 for the CQWW 160 CW contest
I found the following networks bugs. These bugs are not a
big deal and you can cope with them and still have
lots of fun using the network.
TRLOG was set up with two PC:s in a network. One
for the RUN-station and one for the MULTI-station.
1.
The MULTI was in the mode of composing a
network message using the "-command for a
long time while the RUN-station was making
QSO:s at a high RATE. After a while was the
RUN-PC complaining about the network. The
MULTI-PC then got out from the "-command.
The log at the MULTI was filled up but
not in a correct sequence of QSOs. QSO no
30 came before 28 etc. The score on the
two PC:s was also different.
2.
I was playing with the new command
MULTI INFO MESSAGE = RUN f=$ R=%
When I made the ctrl-E from the MULTI-station
the message was only updated once. Susequent
ctrl-E gave the same info regardless of rate
and frequency change at the RUN-station
3.
Some of the new ctrl-commands are not in the
(ALT-H) menu.
Thanks for a great program that make contesting
very FUN!
