I used to switch to the American keyboard before using TR. Then the / sign is
no more behind the switch-key.
At DOS prompt, type KEYB US (for the US keyboard).
To return to the national one, type KEYB SU (for the Scandinavian keyboard).
The prerequisite, of course, is that you have KEYB.COM on your hard disk.
