A new version of the manual has been uploaded to the TR web site and to my
personal web site.
For the next version I am going to try to keep a list of all the sections that
have changes, for those who don't like to reprint the entire manual. I was not
able to do that for this version.
Change notes:
Clarified description of the way that INPUT CONFIG FILE works.
Added LW9EUJ as South American distributor.
Updated copyright notice to include 2001.
Added new section 4.1 on using TR under Windows OSes.
Added new chapter 9 with the recent release notes.
Added guide to Stew Perry contest.
Removed the question about running under Windows from the Troubleshooting guide.
Added section on the POST "Report" menu.
Added several items to index.
Synchronised to TR 6.57.
Added description of RTTY operation (and request for help to improve it).
Synchronised to TR 6.58.
Synchronised to TR 6.59.
Corrected description of TR READ command.
Replaced proper quotation marks with simple ones (Distiller seems to render
proper quotation marks in EMR12 incorrectly); Tnx N4ZR for reporting this.
