[Trlog] ALT-D Dupecheck

Thanks to N4ZR who emailed to say it worked OK for him.

This is sort of wierd.
I had BANDMAP ENABLE = TRUE
left over from something like Sprint.

With that in logcfg, all behaves normally <<<until>>> you try to cq and 
have ALT-D loaded with
a call !!!
