[Trlog] TRLOG 6.79 Startup

I have installed TRLOG 6.79 on an MSDOS 6.2.2 PC. I started following 
the "first time"
procedure and got as far as the "choose a contest" screen. I made a 
mistake and ended up
re-booting the PC. Now when I run TR.exe it says:

"No callsign specified Program halted"

How do I get back to square one of the "first time" instructions.
