I'm relatively certain you have a hex vs decimal inequity.
Try:
RADIO ONE (OR Whicherver) BAUD RATE = 100
The 756 address is 64h(ex) and the decimal equivalent is 6 X 16 = 96 + 4 = 100
Should do the trick.
