[TRLog] Serial CW Interface

I am using V. 6.56 and I'm trying to set up COM1 as the CW output to the =
TS440 with no luck. The voltage between pins 4 and 5 on the DB9 connector=
 is -11 VDC at all times, whether or not COM1 is enabled as the CW port, =
and whether or not a CW message is being sent.

I use the W1EF LPT-1 I/F with no problems.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
