[TRLog] 10 minute rule utility

I seem to recall (from past years -it's been a while since we did a
multi-single) that there was a option in POST that could point out
potential 10 minute rule conflicts.  However, I don't see it there now -
was I dreaming it or what?  The band change report doesn't help as it
reports a band change every time your mult station works something.

Or maybe there was a utility program (like rate.exe) that performed this
function?  Any help appreciated.
