As it turns out - there was a change in 6.60 that can affect some of the
commands where text strings are entered as part of config commands. It
had to do with increasing the maximum size of the function key memories.
The difference allows you to enter strings that are too long. When the
EX MENU string gets longer than about 79 characters, it seems to have
the result of disappearing.
Shortening the string slightly will make it reappear.
