[TenTec] Orion Rack Mount

I have recently acquired an Orion 565AT.  It now occupies the main operating
position in my version of the Closet-Kilowatt rack.  When last I checked,
Ten-Tec did not sell a rack mount kit so I developed a home-brew version.

Pictures of the rack mounted Orion and a brief description of the
