I have ordered an RX-331 receiver from Ten-Tec to go with My Pegasus.
I will modify my software to use the RX-331 receiver as the main receiver
and
the Pegasus receiver as the sub-receiver. I expect delivery of the RX-331
late
this month.
The RX-331 is essentially the same as the RX-340 but without the front
panel..
The specs on the RX-331 are fantastic and I am really excited about the
fantastic
transceiver I should end up with once I have these two boxes fully
integrated and
the software all worked out to control this pair in full concert.
My questions is what should I call this combination? I previously took an
OMNI V
and enhanced the internal software to give me almost all the function of an
OMNI VI.
I called this modified OMNI V an OMNI V.9 since it was almost an OMNI VI.
So, I am looking for some creative individual out there to come up with a
clever name
for what should be a real state of the art DSP transceiver.
