Hi Ten Tekkies

Another fix for the Resonate control being too loose in the Triton Series
transceivers is the slotted holes on the resonate plate which moves up and
down. The screws in that plate go into a plastic cage
which is a friction fit in the vertical slide space. Usually, just loosening
one of these four screws and moving it out just a tad will resolve the
too-loose feel to the knob.

Gently try to move the plate front to rear to find play in these
adjustments, and pick the screw adjacent to the spot with the most play.
This friction is the only thing which keeps the whole plate from coming down
via gravity!!

Regards, Ken K5ID
