[TenTec] Orion vs SDR 1k

Rumor has it that the Feds have let out contracts to develop just such a radio 
and that Ten Tec was awarded one of the contrasts.  So,  I bet Ten Tec is 
already working on some aspect of this new technology.  However, I am not sure 
the Ten Tec has the proper talent on board for this task considering the state 
of the present Orion program.
