Why not?  If someone wants to run a wide-fi signal on an otherwise
unoccupied frequency segment, why not?  Clearly, at some point rules about
interference and good practice, etc. come into play.  But what difference
would it make if at 2:00p in the afternoon, in a desolate 75M landscape,
someone runs a hifi signal?

Frankly, I don't think this is the place to conduct bandwidth wars, anyway
.... Too much like a jihad.
