Interesting about the RIT encoder.
Someone suggested using the N4py control program and leaving the knobs alone
on the front panel, that way they will last longer and the front panel will
not show wear. However, I know that is not the answer to your problem, and
the encoders should be holding up better. Toby W4CAK
